Oculus Quest 2 64 vs 128 go head to head!

Facebook has just announced the successor to the Oculus Quest. The newer version will bring a light-weight device that provides a more comfortable experience for the consumer. Moreover, the price of the Quest 2 would be $299, which is $100 less than its predecessor. The Quest 2 aims to provide the virtual reality experience to a broader audience.

The Oculus Quest 2 is still a self-contained headset, which means that you can operate it without any supporting PC. It comes with two touch motion controllers and has four built-in cameras to detect the user’s movement. The Quest 2 will support the same game library as the original Quest. However, you can also connect it to a PC to play the latest games in VR.

The Oculus Quest 2 has a much better spec list than the original Quest. It is 70 grams lighter, which makes it easier to wear. Moreover, the screen now supports higher resolution as well as refresh rate. There has also been an upgrade to the RAM, which is now 6GB, compared to the Quest’s 4GB. While buying the original Oculus Quest, the storage options were 64GB vs 128GB. However, now Oculus is providing a 256GB option as well in Quest 2, so you can store as many games as you would like.

The Oculus Quest 2 is an excellent upgrade over its predecessor. It’s lighter, more powerful, offers a better screen and does all that at a lower price.
